Really good Kelpies Visit

I found the staff very cute. The room included a large television. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was excellent. I was pleased with the cleanliness. The parking area was easy to access and it felt secure with camera surveillance. Staff was always ready to help and friendly at all times.
The only slight issue was that the hotel did not offer breakfast on-site, but cafes were nearby.

I found the room stylish and very comfortable. the staff booked a table for us at a local restaurant, this was appreciated. there was also a shared kitchen area available. This came as a total bonus!
the bathroom bin had not been changed, it did create a slight odor. i did not find a hairdryer in the room. i had to ask for it at reception.

I appreciated the very clean room. The reception staff were very friendly. They gave us a ground floor room as I requested. The equipped kitchen was a novelty and helpful for longer stays.

the receptionist was helpful and i found that to be a plus.
The mattress felt hard, it made sleeping difficult. also, the bed had wheels. I leaned on the headboard and the bed moved. the room needs updating.

the reception staff were helpful and friendly. i forgot my phone charger, and a staff member kindly provided me with one. the room was clean, and the value for money was excellent, i thought (a real plus!).
the location is slightly outside the town center.
